Mainland UK Delivery

  • We offer free delivery on all orders over £299 anywhere within mainland UK.
  • Orders are usually dispatched on the same day (subject to stock availability).
  • For orders under £299, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for customers in the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, or other island locations.
  • Our team will confirm any extra charges before dispatching your order.

Storage Option

  • We understand you might not be ready for your flooring immediately.
  • You can choose to store your flooring with us for up to 6 months free of charge.
  • When you’re ready, simply contact us to arrange delivery.

Samples

  • All flooring samples are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3PM.
  • Samples ordered after 3PM will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Booking

    • Confirm your preferred delivery date,
    • Arrange storage if required, or
    • Book a specific delivery time slot.
